Certification Workflow

Our 8-Step Certification Workflow

At BQSR Certification, we follow a structured and transparent process to guide your organization from initial assessment to successful certification. Here’s how we work with you, step by step

Step 1:
Gap Analysis & Initial Assessment

We begin by evaluating your current systems against the relevant standard (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000). This helps identify existing gaps, risks, and areas needing improvement.

Step 2: Remediation & Implementation Planning

Based on the gap analysis, we support you in closing gaps through structured remediation—aligning your processes with certification requirements.

Step 3: System Design & Documentation

We assist in designing and documenting management systems, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and objectives

Step 4: Staff Training & Awareness

Key personnel, including selected internal auditors, undergo focused training. General awareness sessions are also held to engage the wider team.

Step 5: Internal Audit & Trial Audit

We conduct internal or mock audits to evaluate readiness. Nonconformities and weak points are identified and corrected before moving forward.

Step 6: Pre-Certification Review

We ensure your system meets all standard requirements and is fully prepared for third-party assessment, minimizing surprises during the final audit.

Step 7: Certification Audit (Stage 1 & 2)

An independent certification body conducts the official audit in two stages—reviewing your documentation (Stage 1) and implementation (Stage 2). Surveillance audits follow annually.

Step 8: Nonconformity Close-Out & Certification Award

Any nonconformities found are resolved promptly. Upon successful review and approval, your organization is awarded a globally recognized certificate.
